Redevelopment Sites

The City has several prime locations available for business redevelopment. Each of these properties is a great opportunity for a commercial retail store or showroom. Redevelopment is an attractive option for many businesses because they can move or expand without the high cost associated with new construction.

These properties are already built and zoned for Commercial Use. They are located along major roads and feature plenty of on-site parking. The City also has special incentives for business owners who select a property within the city’s Commercial Revitalization District.
