Programs & Activities

The City has over two-hundred acres dedicated to outdoor recreation facilities and community parks located within neighborhoods and surrounding the beaches for your enjoyment. The playgrounds, picnic areas, saltwater fishing pier, freshwater fishing lakes, green-ways and trails are open to the public, year-round. The Community Centers host special events, civic club meetings, and variety of training classes for all ages. The Aquatic Center hosts a variety of swim meets and recreational swimming along with a seasonal kids pool with slides.
