Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements/user stories and their acceptance criteria

• Design rest scenarios based on requirements and user stories

• Synthesize requirements

• Use automated resting to increase efficiency

• Communicate rest status and issues

• Document issues/defects found during resting

• Create and maintain rest documentation including the Test Engineering Management Plan

• Actively participate in Daily Stand Up Meetings

• Report on the results of resting, both verbally and in writing, through Test Analysis Reports

• Experience in Agile rest methodology

• Experience in End-to-End Integration Testing, Postman or REST interface resting, Functional resting, System Testing, Automated Testing, Smoke, Performance, ORT

• Experience with agile tools (i.e. JIRA and Confluence)

• Experience in rest automation and rest automation tools (i.e. Selenium and Junit)

• Understanding of when to automate resting

• Understanding of the rest lifecycle

• Ability to identify and triage issues
