The City Clerk's responsibilities also include maintenance of contracts, ordinances, resolutions and agreements and oversight of the adoption and publication of the City's Code of Ordinances. Open record requests, in accordance with Georgia's Open Records Act, are submitted to the Office of City Clerk.
